Right now I’m in the middle of The House of Trent series—I like to call them the most dysfunctional family in Regency England. The series surrounds the 6 siblings’ missing mother. The Scoundrel’s Seduction is the next book, releasing May 27.
Which actor/actress would you like to see playing the lead character from your most recent book?
That’s The Rogue’s Proposal—it's about the notorious, damaged, compellingly handsome rake Luke, 2nd son of The House of Trent. I see him as Warren Kole:

Any tips on how to get through the dreaded writer’s block?
I write through it. I know that what I’m writing might be garbage, but that’s okay. As long as I keep writing, I know I’ll get through it eventually.
What are your thoughts on good/bad reviews?
Not every person is going to like my books. I am a pleaser, but I’ve grown to accept it over time. Sometimes I look at the most “famous” books of all time and read the bad reviews and then I feel better!
Mostly by watching movies or hanging out with my family. I am a sailor, too, and I find a day of being on the water very relaxing.
What is your favorite motivational phrase?
Just do it.

Which famous person, living or dead would you like to meet and why?
Jesus, for obvious reasons!
What is the most interesting trip you have ever taken?
Last summer my family and I went to Greece. I’ve been to Greece before, but this was amazing because we rented a sailboat and sailed around the Greek islands. It was scary, adventurous, and amazing.
